Starting today… I am eating according to a meal plan for derby athletes. I am starting a consistent workout plan. I am coaching the orange freshie team for Beta Bout on Feb 19th. I am still going to league practices 3x a week. And I am helping with organizing photos for the league. No doubt I will also be having derby dreams. Goodbye social life!
I am doing this starting Oct 3rd. Not for prizes (since it has expired anyway), just to get back in shape, lose some weight, and kick more ass on the rink.
